1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price
  • Custom-made or altered products
  • Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery
  • Returns requested due to fit issues, colour variation, or personal preference

Please note: Slight variations in colour and texture may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and handcrafted processes. These are not considered defects.


3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues, subject to availability.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit may be offered at our discretion.


4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received, it will be inspected by our team.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment or as store credit, depending on the case.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Return Shipping

For approved returns due to damaged or incorrect products, we will guide you through the return process.

Customers may be required to ship the product back as per the instructions provided.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Nenija reserves the right to accept or reject return requests after review.

All decisions regarding returns and refunds shall be final.
